Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Vegas On Web ("we", "us"). They apply when you play Vegas On Web on the website vegasonweb.com, in the Facebook canvas app, in Facebook Instant Games, or anywhere else we offer it (the "Game"). By using the Game you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. Eligibility and availability

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and able to enter into a binding agreement. You may not use the Game where social casino games are prohibited. You are responsible for making sure your use of the Game is lawful where you are.

The Game may not be available everywhere. We may restrict access to the Game, or to purchases, in places where social casino games or purchases of virtual currency are restricted.

3. Your account and sign-in

You sign in with Google (on the website), with Facebook (on the website and in the Facebook canvas app), or through Facebook Instant Games. When you use one of these services, its own terms and policies (Google's or Meta's) also apply to your use of that service.

• Keep your Google or Facebook account secure. You are responsible for activity on your Game account.
• One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred or shared.
• You can link more than one sign-in method to your account. If Google confirms that your email address is verified and it matches exactly one existing account, your Google sign-in is linked to that account. Anyone who controls a linked sign-in can access the account.
• You can be signed in on up to 5 devices or browsers at once. Signing out ends that session.

4. Display names and content

Other players see the name from your Google or Facebook account or, in Facebook Instant Games, a name you choose. Names you choose must be 3 to 20 characters long. They must not be offensive, hateful or sexual, must not be misleading, and must not impersonate another person, a staff member or a brand. The same rules apply to anything you send through gifts or messages. We may change or remove a name or message that breaks these rules, without notice.

5. Licence

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms. All rights in the Game, including its software, graphics, sounds, text and virtual items, belong to us or our licensors.

6. Virtual coins and items

• The Game uses virtual coins and other virtual items ("Virtual Items"). You receive them for free through gameplay and bonuses, and you may be able to buy some of them.
• Virtual Items are a limited licence to use in the Game only. You do not own them, and they have no value outside the Game.
• Virtual Items can never be redeemed or exchanged for real money, prizes, goods, services or anything of monetary value, by us or anyone else. The Game has no sweepstakes, prize draws or cash-out of any kind. Selling, buying, trading or transferring Virtual Items, or accounts, outside the Game is prohibited.
• Game outcomes are generated by our game server for entertainment.
• We may change, rebalance, limit or remove Virtual Items and game features at any time. Virtual Items in an account are forfeited if the account is deleted, if it is closed for breach of these Terms, or when the Game is discontinued, except where the law requires otherwise.

7. Purchases

You never have to pay to play. Where purchases are offered, they are processed by the platform under its own terms:

• in the Facebook canvas app, by Meta (Facebook) Payments;
• in Facebook Instant Games, by Meta's in-app purchases;
• the public website vegasonweb.com does not offer purchases.

Prices are shown before you buy. We never receive your card or bank details. Once delivered, purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or the platform's refund policy applies. If a purchase does not arrive, contact support with the transaction details. We may reverse Virtual Items obtained through refunded, disputed, unauthorised or fraudulent payments.

8. Rules of conduct

You agree not to:

• cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots, scripts, automation or modified clients;
• interfere with, reverse engineer or overload the Game or its servers, or access them other than through the interfaces we provide;
• use the Game for any commercial purpose, including selling accounts or Virtual Items;
• harass, threaten or impersonate others, or send unlawful, offensive or misleading content through gifts, messages or names;
• use the Game if you are under the required age or where it is not permitted;
• break these Terms, Google's or Meta's terms, or any law.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts and remove Virtual Items if we reasonably believe these Terms were broken, to protect players or the Game, or when required by law. You may stop playing at any time and delete your account in the Game (Settings > "Delete my account") or as described on our data deletion page. We may change, suspend or discontinue the Game or any part of it; where reasonable we will give notice in the Game.

10. Responsible social gaming

Play for fun and take breaks. If you feel your play is no longer fun, or you are worried about gambling habits, stop playing and seek support; see our support page for resources. You can delete your account at any time.

11. Third-party services

The Game relies on services run by others, including Google (sign-in and analytics), Meta (Facebook sign-in, the Facebook canvas app, Facebook Instant Games, payments and notifications) and our hosting and content-delivery providers. We are not responsible for those services, their availability or their terms. Links to other websites are provided for convenience only.

12. Intellectual property

"Vegas On Web" and the Game's content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create works based on the Game except as these Terms allow. If you believe content in the Game infringes your intellectual property rights, email contact@vegasonweb.com with your contact details, a description of the work, where it appears in the Game, and a statement that you own the rights or are authorised to act for the owner.

13. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free or that data will never be lost. Game outcomes are generated for entertainment and do not reflect odds at any real casino.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of Virtual Items, data or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Game is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Game, to the extent the law allows.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over disputes, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights or courts available to you where you live. Please contact us first; most concerns can be resolved quickly.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will change the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, tell you in the Game before they apply. Continuing to play after changes take effect means you accept them.

18. General

• Entire agreement: these Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Game.
• Severability: if any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in effect.
• No waiver: if we do not enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later.
• Assignment: you may not transfer these Terms or your account. We may transfer them, for example if the Game or our business is sold.
• Force majeure: we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as outages of platforms or networks, natural disasters or government action.
• Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the meaning of these Terms.
