Common questions
Can I win real money?
No. Vegas On Web is a free-to-play social casino game for entertainment only. Coins and other virtual items have no cash value and can never be exchanged for money, prizes or anything of value. There are no sweepstakes or prizes.
Is Vegas On Web free to play?
Yes. Vegas On Web is free to play, and you get free coins through gameplay and bonuses. On Facebook you can choose to buy extra coins, but you never have to.
Where can I play Vegas On Web?
You can play Vegas On Web in three places: on the website vegasonweb.com, in the Facebook canvas app inside Facebook, and in Facebook Instant Games inside Facebook and Messenger. The game is for adults aged 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher).
Which sign-in should I use?
Use the sign-in you used before, so you keep your coins and progress. On vegasonweb.com you can sign in with Google or Facebook; in the Facebook canvas app you sign in with Facebook; in Facebook Instant Games, Meta signs you in. If you already play with Facebook and your Facebook email address is the same as your Google email address, signing in with Google opens the same account.
I signed in with Google and see a different account. What happened?
Vegas On Web links a Google sign-in to an existing account only when Google says your email address is verified and exactly one existing account has that email address. If your Facebook account uses a different email address, or does not share its email with us, signing in with Google creates a new account. Sign out and sign in with Facebook to return to your original account. If you need help, email contact@vegasonweb.com.
Can I change the name other players see?
It depends on how you sign in. On vegasonweb.com and on Facebook, the name other players see is the name on your Google or Facebook account; change it there and it updates the next time you sign in. In Facebook Instant Games you start with a default name such as "Player 1234", because Meta does not share your Facebook name, and you can change it under Me > Profile > Change name. Names must be 3 to 20 characters long and must not be offensive, misleading or impersonate someone else.
Can I buy coins on vegasonweb.com?
No. The website vegasonweb.com does not offer purchases. You can buy coins only on Facebook: in the Facebook canvas app through Meta (Facebook) Payments, and in Facebook Instant Games through Meta's in-app purchases. Vegas On Web never receives your card or bank details.
I bought coins but did not receive them. What should I do?
Reload the Game first: purchases are credited once Meta confirms the payment, which can take a few minutes. If the coins still have not arrived, email contact@vegasonweb.com with the date, amount and transaction ID from your Facebook or Instant Games payment receipt.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are processed by Meta (Facebook), so refund requests follow Meta's payment terms and our Terms of Service. Purchases are final once delivered, except where the law or Meta's refund policy requires otherwise. Contact us and we will help.
How do I turn analytics cookies on or off?
Open Settings in the Game and switch "Analytics cookies" on or off, or use the "Cookie settings" link in the Game's footer. In the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland analytics cookies are off unless you allow them; elsewhere they are on by default. Vegas On Web uses Google Analytics only to understand how the game is played and does not use advertising cookies.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open Settings in the Game and choose "Delete my account". Your account is deleted immediately, you are signed out and you get a confirmation code. You can also delete through Facebook or by emailing contact@vegasonweb.com; the data deletion page has all the steps and lets you check your confirmation code.
How do I stop notifications?
Vegas On Web sends notifications, such as daily bonus reminders, only to Facebook players and only through Facebook. Turn them off in your Facebook notification settings, or remove the Game under Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and websites.

Responsible social gaming
- Vegas On Web is for adults (18+) and for fun. Nothing in the Game can be won or lost in real money.
- Set yourself time limits and take regular breaks.
- Only spend what you are comfortable spending on entertainment, and never buy coins to "chase" losses.
- If playing stops being fun, or you are worried about your gambling or someone else's, stop and talk to someone. Free, confidential help is available from organisations such as Gambling Therapy (international) and BeGambleAware (UK), or the gambling help service in your country.
- You can take a complete break at any time by deleting your account in Settings.
- Parents: the Game is not for children. Device and browser parental controls can block social casino games.
