Delete your data

You can delete your Vegas On Web account and the personal information we hold about you at any time, in any of these three ways. Each one gives you a confirmation code that you can check below. It does not matter whether you signed in with Google, Facebook or Facebook Instant Games.

Option 1: in the game

Open the Game and go to Settings.
Choose Delete my account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately. You are signed out and the Game shows your confirmation code.

Option 2: through Facebook

On Facebook, open Settings & privacy > Settings.
Go to Apps and websites (under "Your activity" or "Permissions").
Find Vegas On Web and select Remove.
Choose to delete the information Vegas On Web may have (or use View > Send request next to the data deletion option) and confirm.

Facebook sends the request to us automatically. We delete your data right away and Facebook shows you a link to this page with a confirmation code.

Option 3: by email

Write to contact@vegasonweb.com with the subject "Data deletion request". Send it from the email address linked to your account (your Google or Facebook email address) and include the name shown in the Game. We may ask you to confirm the request from inside the Game so we delete the right account. We complete email requests within 30 days and reply with a confirmation code.

What gets deleted

Your name, email address, profile picture link and Facebook user ID are removed from your account; the account can no longer be linked to you and your progress is closed.
Every linked sign-in is removed: Google, Facebook and Facebook Instant Games IDs, and the email addresses and picture links that came with them.
Your sessions, friend lists, invitations and the messages and gifts addressed to you are deleted, and your name is removed from messages and gifts you sent to other players.
IP addresses and browser information in our logs and statistics for your account are removed.
Records of purchases are kept only as long as tax and accounting laws require, and are no longer linked to your identity.

Deletion cannot be undone. If you sign in again later, you start as a new player.

Deleting your account removes what we hold. To also stop Google or Facebook sharing new information with us, remove Vegas On Web from your account with them:

Google: go to myaccount.google.com > Security > Third-party apps & services, select Vegas On Web and remove its access.
Facebook: go to Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and websites and remove Vegas On Web.
